 Mr. Masters has more than 35 years of healthcare experience with strategic, operations, and financial planning for hospitals, medical groups, and health systems. He also advises regarding improving financial performance, governance effectiveness, physician-hospital alignment, and creating service line growth strategies that work.

Mr. Masters has written more than 100 articles on healthcare trends, strategic and business planning, governance and leadership, and physician-hospital integration. His articles have appeared in Healthcare Financial Management, Hospitals & Health Networks, Trustee Magazine, ACHE’s Healthcare Executive Magazine, and the Governance Institute’s BoardroomPress magazine.  Mr. Masters is lead author of the “Health Care Capitation & Risk Contracting Manual,” (Thompson Publishing, New York).  

He is a frequent top-rated speaker at industry conferences, professional associations, and other meetings nationwide.
